All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened chainsaw oil and lubricants
  • Used chainsaw chains and bars
  • Installed pressure washer accessories
  • Any product showing signs of use or wear

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) with:

  • Return authorization (RA) number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package securely in original packaging with:

  • RA number clearly visible
  • Copy of order confirmation/packing slip

Refund Information

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
