Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened chainsaw oil and lubricants
- Used chainsaw chains and bars
- Installed pressure washer accessories
- Any product showing signs of use or wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) with:
- Return authorization (RA) number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special return requirements for your item
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:
- The RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error
For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the additional amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
