Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened chainsaw oil and lubricants
  • Used chainsaw chains and bars
  • Installed pressure washer accessories
  • Any product showing signs of use or wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) with:

  • Return authorization (RA) number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special return requirements for your item

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • The RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error

For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the additional amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
